Wrattonbully Cabernet SauvignonOur ‘Flagship’ wine, straight from our own vineyard, is a Wrattonbully Cabernet Sauvignon, which has been aged in French oak for 18 months. This wine displays wonderfully rich cassis flavours, and demonstrates amply how a truly well-crafted wine can optimise the elegance and depth one might traditionally attribute to this region. As you would expect from such a drop, it will continue to improve with further bottle ageing.
